SENIOR CHEF DE PARTIE (immediate start) Full time position
We are looking for a motivated chef who is willing to work close to our head chef.
We require a candidate who is fully flexible, and available to work 5 days a week, Tuesday to Saturday.
Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes; monitoring food and waste control; responsible for food hygiene.
Supporting the junior kitchen team by training and supervising.
Knowledge of italian food
Previous experience in the Chef de Partie position is essential, ideally from a busy fine-dining kitchen environment.
Leading team experience necessary for the position, ability to delegate tasks and stay on target with the demand of orders.
Maintaining Health & Safety standards, including Food Safety.
Relevant NVQ or equivalent qualifications, including Basic Food Hygiene and HACCP training preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to work under pressure and without constant supervision in a fast-paced environment.
Be self-motivated and able to work under your own initiative.
RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR (start end of April 2023) Full time position
We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, confident Supervisor to join our team
We require a candidate who is fully flexible, and available to work 5 days a week, Tuesday to Saturday with at least 2 years experience in similar role.
As Supervisor you will be responsible for efficiently running your shift.
Greet and serve customers, promote teamwork and a great customer experience, Maintain the cleanliness and sanitising of the restaurant.
Knowledge of italian food and basic knowledge of wines.
Train and coach team members in implementing best customer care practices.
Ensure great-tasting, high-quality food and beverages are served and exceptional customer service is always maintained.
Resolve any customer issues or complaints which arise during shifts.
Deal with telephone queries and reservations.
Work closely with the Restaurant Manager and kitchen to ensure restaurant quality standards are maintained.
